A special re-creation of the all-conquering Porsche 917 race cars of the late 60s and early 70s. You know, the ones that so dominated the World Sportscar Championship that at the end of the 1972 season, the FIA decided to react by banning its five-liter, 12-cylinder engine, thereby ending the 917’s World Sportscar Championship career.
