Lamborghini unveiled the Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce Roadster in 2016, during The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering at Pebble Beach, one of the most prestigious automotive events in the world. The Roadster earned the honor of being the first series-produced Lamborghini convertible to sport the coveted Superveloce emblem.

Power for the Roadster comes from an engine built entirely by hand in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy. The V12 powers the Superveloce Roadster from 0 to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of over 217 mph. Lamborghini Dynamic Steering and a highly advanced adaptive suspension system called Magneto Rheological Suspension help keep the power in check. The car’s Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva (ALA) 2.0 system actively monitors conditions to achieve the best aerodynamic setup in every driving situation, while facilitating high-speed cornering performance. The Superveloce also incorporates variable-ratio steering, carbon-ceramic brake rotors, and forged matte-black wheels measuring 20 inches up front and 21 inches in back, mounted with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires. It has three driving modes: SPORT, STRADA, and CORSA.

Lamborghini describes the Aventador Superveloce as “the most sports-oriented, fastest, and most emotional series-production Lamborghini ever.” After all, Superveloce means “super-fast” in Italian. The spectacular color on this car is called “Verde Scandal.”.
